01. In order for me to make you a layout, you have to have a website online.(it can be in coming soon)
02. When i make you something, please be sure that you actually use it for at least two weeks.
03. You have to link back to Between the Lines, right after or before you order. If i don't see any link back, no order.
04. Be patient! Don't e-mail or ask me when you're order will be done. If you do so your order will be deleted.
05. I only accept HQ images [HQ as in this]. if you give me small pictures i won't accept the order. I really mean it! no HQ, no order! where it says 'Anything Else' put 'And though the news was rather sad' So I know you've read the rules.
06. I only accept photoshoots and appearances. No candids, scans, etc.
07. This isn't really necessary but giving me photoshoot pictures with a solid color, like white, black, etc. It would make your order turn out good. Just a suggestion tough :D
08. Do Not edit the design in any way.
09. I only take requests from hosted sites. No freewebs, pizco, msn, etc.
10. Any breaking of the rules will result in a deletion of your order.
